Anaassiri.com, we will do our best to make the return or exchange process as easy and smooth as possible.

We have made the return or exchange process easy with the following procedures:

Return or exchange policy for purchases:

2- The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is intact and no modifications have taken place. All shipping costs are at the customer's expense and the cost of the product is returned to the customer. within 14 working days.
3- The customer has the right to replace the product with another product before sending the shipment. After the shipment has been sent, he is entitled to a replacement within 14 working days and should bear the entire shipping costs and the difference in the cost of the product, if any.

 

4- If the product is defective, or does not conform to the specifications determined at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to replace or return the product within 14 days, in which case the customer must send proof of the shipping charges showing: shipping number - shipping - and cost. The customer is then entitled to a full refund.

 

5- Complete products in discounts and offers are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the event of a product defect, see: Section 4 of the return and exchange policies.


6- Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases :


Return is not accepted after 3 days from the date of receipt and exchange is not accepted after 10 days.
When the product is changed from its original condition for any reason
When used outside the purpose of the experiment.
