Return and Refund Policy

  • In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and ensure that the problem is resolved quickly.

For health, safety, or legal reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

For customers in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided that:
