Eligibility for return

We accept returns under the following strict conditions:

• The item is defective, damaged upon receipt, or incorrectly delivered due to an error on our part.
• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Returns due to sizing error, change of mind or personal preference are not accepted, except where legally required.
• For returns under the 14-day right of withdrawal (EU law), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Items returned without prior request will be refused.

• Any return without authorization or sent to an incorrect address will be refused.

  Right of withdrawal (EU)
  
  Customers in the European Union can cancel or return an order within 14 days if:
• The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  Refund

• If approved, refund to the original payment method within 10 business days .
